[GEMPAK #LEC-275877]: Decoding RTMA data via gribkey.tbl

The RTMA is modelid #109. The grid number will be 255. Note that the P01M grid 
is subcenter 0,
while the other components are subcenter 4.

The gribkey.tbl catch all entry will be:
007   x   109       255    data/gempak/model/rtma/YYYYMMDDHH_rtma.gem  200

Your entry below had the NCEP grid number 227 in the modelid field.
You could separate out the subcenter 0 and 4 if needed by replacing the "x".
