A user pointed out a station table (sfstns.tbl & tafstn.tbl) change for
EDDM based on:
http://www.munich-airport.de/EN/Areas/Company/Daten/Allgemein/index.html

The location changed in 1992. The location on this web site matches the
weather.noaa.gov location at:
http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/EDDM.html
