Donna, Just wanted to let you know that the 5.9.2 release does include the modifications I made for CINS. I have used entries similar to: GLEVEL = 0 GVCORD = NONE GDPFUN = cins(pres,hght,tmpc@30:0%pdly,dwpc@30:0%pdly) GDPFUN = cins(pres,hght,tmpc@2%hght,dwpc@2%hght) Finding a good lifting level for HGHT and PRES is more difficult if you are using the boundary layer values to TMKK and RELH for 255:0. To lift from the top of the mixed layer, I've used dz = ( R Tbar / g ) * dlnP using the pressures of the PDLY levels. I intend to put together some example son the web site- but have to leave town suddenly. It may be end of next week for those to get onto the web.
