[GEMPAK #WFE-503351]: G77_getenv_0 referencing error when compiling wrf2gempak (f90 code)

Steve,

According to PGI, ther -g77libs flag to pgf90 was supposed to handle the -lg2c 
if libg2c.a was
found when the PG compiler environment was installed. At any rate, yes, the 
-lg2c is
the g77 library extensions!
