Daryl, You need to use MAG(KNTV(WND)) to convert the WND units to knots. See under "phelp gdplot2" the section entitled "Vector Quantities" Winds will be displayed in m/s, unless the KNTV operator has been specified in GDPFUN, in which case the winds will be displayed in knots.
