[GEMPAK #FYS-891494]: odd problem with gdcross

If you want to send me the grib file, I'll take a look.

The surface topography is generated from a PRES@0%none field, but
I don't think that is a problem. The odd feature is that you seem to
have a contour even though CTYPE=f and not f/c. One note
I also found is that you have not set PANEL, which is
one reason I wondered if you were doing some overlay unintentionally.
