20051110: Problem with gempak sfcntr using mos data

Art,

Yes, the modification of the OABSFC routines for the new
bounds parameters in that program affected the OA_BARN
routine that sfcntr is using:

I can send you source of a new binary, whichever you prefer. This is fixed when 
5.8.4
is released.
