20051024: 20050801: 20041214: maximum number of files per directory

David,

I've upped the MXNMFL parameter in $GEMPAK/include/gemprm.h and GEMPRM.PRM
to 5000 for greater numbers of files in a directory in the 5.8.4 distibution
which I'm working on, and this now seems to have the desired effect
in allowing more image files in the directory as read and processed by
$GEMPAK/source/nmaplib/nim/nimgtim.c.
Either this wasn't changed in the earliest tests, or the parameters
were not isolated in the **dirent calls previously.

I'll do some added tests as to how large this can be before breaking something,
but this is a good working number to start.
