20051003: _gif and _gf executables in Gempak 5.8.3a?

Gerry,

>From $NAWIPS, type:
make all
make install
make programs_gf

For a new/clean build:
make everything
will build all executables, _gf and _nc versions.

The programs_gf target will generate the following:
