20050608: install of latest GEMPAK binary (v.5.8.2a)

Doug,

The binaries were compiled under Fedora Core 3. That message means that
your glibc version is older than what is currently available. If you want 
to run the binary release, you should upgrade your glibc and gcc RPMs.
Otherwise, you would need to build the distribution locally.
