Jeff,

The ASATT scale only controlled the weather symbol size (eg the H/L) and
not the frontal pips.

I just added the frontal scaling and ammended the ASATT syntax to:

H-L scale/value flag/pip scale

where pip scale will default to the value of H-L scale if not provided
to be backwards compatible..

I have repacked the Linux binary for 5.8.2a, and will repackage the source code 
tarfile
for 5.8.2a momentarily so that this is now included in the distribution.
