20050426: [GEMPAK] Add Huntsville to wfo.tbl

Daryl,

Thanks, and since wfo.tbl is dated Jul, 2002, I'm presuming
that it has always been missing, correct? 

The NWX tables do have the location for plotting in the $GEMTBL/nwx/* files,
so I'm guessing its just an ommission from wfo.tbl and not a system wide 
discrepency.

I found the office commisioning info on Jan 30, 2003:
