20050204: GEMPAK can't find XmAll.h

Doug,

If you are trying to build GEMPAK, you will need to load the
developers and runtime Motif packages. The /usr/X11R6/include/Xm
directory contains the necessary headers to compile the code
(eh the XmAll.h and other files). 

Otherwise, you can run the binary distribution.
