That one slipped through the cracks:
edit your $GEMTBL/config/datatype.tbl lines for the
aliases as below:

TORNADOWARN  $TEXT_WARN/TOR            YYYYMMDDHH.TOR
TSTORMWARN   $TEXT_WARN/SVR            YYYYMMDDHH.SVR
NONPCPWARN   $TEXT_WARN/NPW            YYYYMMDDHH.NPW
WINTERWARN   $TEXT_WARN/WSW            YYYYMMDDHH.WSW
FLOODWARN    $TEXT_WARN/flood          YYYYMMDDHH.flood

Also, I just added the WSW and flood actions to the pqact.gempak_nwx
to file in the $TEXT_WARN directory (they are also in
$TEXT_DATA/flood and $TEXT_DATA/avalance for FLW,FFW and WSW
respectively, but adding them to watch_warn is useful as well:
