MMCN station location

Steve and Scott,

I had several users (participating in the NAME experiment) notice
the icorrect location of MMCN in the GEMPAK tables as being
Santa Rosalia instead.

MMCN is CIUDAD OBREGON according to the FAA:

I also found the metar identified as MMCN here:
http://www.ivao.org/db/ss/airport.asp?Id=MMCN

A google search shows a lot of MMCN observations veing identified as
Santa Rosalia, but don't know the source of that location- but it
appears wrong.
