20031107: my error in trying to create new files

Dusty,

The word "infile" is not literal, it is meant to be the
input data file you wish to convert to GEMPAK format.
Your error message says that you have no file called "infile".

Unless your data you downloaded is called "infile", you
should replace this name on the command line with your actual data file name.
