Hello,

One of our users had a problem with the CWPQ  (Montreal-est) station location
which whould be located at 73.55W. It was found in at least one location on your
site stated to be at 70.55W, eg:
ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/inventories/ISH-HISTORY.TXT

That is:
716750 99999 MONTREAL-EST                  CN CA    CWPQ  +45633 -070550 +00510
should apparently be
716750 99999 MONTREAL-EST                  CN CA    CWPQ  +45633 -073550 +00510
