You can tell SNCROSS to contour specific values using the CINT parameter,
eg CINT=1/0/10 would contour only the values from 0-10 (units of SNPARM).
However, there is no way to selectively plot certain barb values. They
are either "on" with a valid WIND setting, or off with WIND=0.
