20030812: defining colors on SNCROSS graphs

There is a program called SNCROSS2 that does this. Its the same program 
as sncross with a contributed feature to color code the winds. Just use 
WIND=bk30-7 for example to give a color range for the winds. Se ethe online help
for more info.
