20030602: Changing thickness of watch box

Robert,

The GPMAP program call to GG_WTCH at present sets the iwidth(i) array
values to "0", which causes GG_WTCH to default to a width of 3.

You could recompile the gpmap.f routine to specify a width of 1
in the iwidth array.
