Hi Pavel, Try running the GEMPAK program "freeColors". It will report the number of available colors on your system. The number of colors used can be user defined as an argument when launching ntl.. i.e. ntl -s 30 would limit the colors to 30 for satellite imagery I am not familiar with Humming Bird's Exceed.. Hope this helps, -Jeff ____________________________ _____________________ Jeff Weber address@hidden Unidata Support PH:303-497-8676 COMET Case Study Library FX:303-497-8690 University Corp for Atmospheric Research 3300 Mitchell Ln http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/jweber Boulder,Co 80307-3000 ________________________________________ ______________________ On Thu, 19 Dec 2002, Byles, Pavel O wrote: > Hey Jeff, > seasons greetings. > We are trying to run Gempak via Humming Bird's Exceed > How do you show the number of colors that GEMPAK is using?
