Gempak users,

I have repackaged the GEMPAK 5.6.h distribution tar file
to include a target for building under Solaris using gcc/g77.

The updated distribution provides a flag in the Gemenviron
script USEGCC_SOL. If the line is uncommented, then
the build will attempt to use the gcc/g77 build environment.
The resulting $GEMEXE directory will be $NAWIPS/bin/sol_gcc
and will be appended to PATH instead of the usual $NAWIPS/bin/sol.

In addition to setting the NA_OS environmental variable in Gemenviron,
the following files have been updated/created:

$CONFIGDIR/Makeinc.sol_gcc
$GEMPAK/include/MCHPRM.SunOS.gcc
$GEMPAK/include/SunOS.gcc/MCHPRM.PRM
$GARPHOME/config/platform/Makeinc.sol_gcc
$NAWIPS/unidata/ldmbridge/dcprof/Makefile
