The ASOS commissioning bulletin we received on 16/26/96 in the
datastream gave the elevation as 701.5m:

The sfstns.tbl comes from NCEP and I make no modification to it.
I maintain the sfworld.tbl and sfmetar_sa.tbl file and add stations
as the become available, and likely at the time, the AWIPS table
didn't have the location so probably came from FAA or USAF.
The web page I wrote searches the sfworld.tbl file.
I'll change it to 702 in sfworld.tbl and sfmetar_sa.tbl for continuity.
