20020412: working with output from gdradr

Josh,

Plot the radar with gdplot2, then if you are decoding the watch boxes
with dcwtch, overlay the watch boxes with gpmap using the WATCH
parameter (set CLEAR to no).

If using NMAP2, select the radar data set under "GRID", then select 
watches under "MISC"
