20020402: Use of SNDIAG with GEMPAK 5.6

Matt, Sounds like your $GEMPAK environmental variable hasn't be set from sourcing Gemenviron. The $GEMPAK/include directory will have the files listed below, and these are set on the -I include parameter of the compilation in the $CONFIGDIR/Makeinc.xxxx files for the COPT and FOPT.
