Neil,

Here are the 5.4 to 5.6 changes:

hicnus.gsf --> hicnus.nws

US highays still rdus.uni
Interstates still rdis.uni

states/countries still hipowo.cia 


In 5.6 you can use aliases to the map names defined in
$GEMTBL/config/mapfil.tbl:
$mapfil = rdus+rdis+county+base
