20011222: fsltogem

Eric,

I've tested the program here on our HPUX-11.0 system.
This is the tarfile under:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/contrib/fsltogem.tar.Z

What version of the gempak library are you linking against?
Dis you build using the supplied Makefile? Do you have
write permission in the data directory you are woring in?
