20011217: 20011215: cannot get obs for station NZWD from GEMPAK

Robert,

If necessary, pipe one of your stored SAAA31 to dcmetr
(you may have to use the -b flag depending on the
time of the message if more than 5 hours old) to
verify that the message is being decoded to a file.
