Robert,

The color boxes have been in all the releases since I made gdradr.

Use TYPE=Z in gdplot2 instead of "F".

Oh....make sure you downloaded 5.6.e.1 ,,,,instead of 5.6.e
(the 5.6.e tarfile was there in the ftp directory briefly but
not in the web download).
