Wil,
Nothing has changed regarding login/password. But, you no longer
need a password. Just go to the GEMPAK web page:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/

Then, register in the online database (link at the bottom), then
you will be able to download software following the "Download Software"
link on the web page.
