current pqact.conf entry for dcshef

Hi...

Can you send me the current pqact.conf entry for dcshef for gempak 5.6.a?
It looks like there may have been some changes but I can't find a
reference to a pqact entry.  Also, what's the future for this decoder?
Are some of the new decoders supposed to replace the function of this one?
