oasurf.csh

We seem to be having a problem with our oasurf.csh gempak script in the
new gempak version
on linux red hat 7.0.  Either data doesn't seem to be going into the
surface file or times are
wrong. Any ideas?? Either way....none of our surface maps can run until
we sort this out.
We are so close to have the entire system up. /ktp
