I have built GEMPAK with gcc and g77 for Linux, so you should be able to build with that environment....but the GEMPRM.$NA_OS file will have to be changed since g77 doesn't support functions in parameter statements. If you have g77 and gcc installed, I can help you with configuring the fortran header file. Steve Chiswell
