20010214: Garp X question



John,

If your X server is running in 24 bit mode, it must be changed to 8 bit.
(see the output from xdpyinfo).

If you are running in 8 bit mode, make sure you launch garp with "ntl"
running. Ntl will ensure that you have enough colors allocated.
