20000106: LDM still not working for models

Tom,

It looks like you are running a very old version of dcgrib
with a bug I patched prior to the pl12 distribution.

You can update just the dcgrib decoder at this time- but 
there are other fixes along the way. I will be updating the 
complete distribution tarfile here with the latest patches #14, #15
in the next day or so.


To update your dcgrib, download from ftp.unidata.ucar.edu
(using the gbuddy login and password you have) the file
nawips-5.4/patches/dcgrib.tar.Z to your $NAWIPS directory.

Then extract and build with:
zcat dcgrib.tar.Z | tar xvf -

cd $NAWIPS/unidata/ldmbridge/dcgrib
make clean
make all
make install
make clean

Then copy your dcgrib from the $GEMEXE directory into
your ~ldm/decoders directory.
