19991109: problems with gprcm

Robert,

I omitted the grdnav.tbl update yesterday in the tar file and have
repackaged it this morning.

All you need to do is add to $GEMTBL/grid/grdnav.tbl is the line
RCM  906 STR  90 -105   0  23.090 -119.036  45.619  -60.000 113  89 3.75 0


Or, download and unpack the tarfile again...it will replace the grdnav.tbl
file with the updated version.
