Hi Maureen. I do have the WW39 decoded and plotted....I did send you a fix last week for decoding with dcwatch, and thiks bulletin seems to fit the pattern that I made the fix for. Did you update your copy of $GEMPAKHOME/src/bridge/dc/dcgbul.c and recompile dcwatch? I can post the complete routine in gbuddy if thats easier.
