UW-AOS generated DIFAX-like map outage

We lost a hard drive on the machine that creates the "Genuine
imitation DIFAX maps" (the DIFAX idd feed). I'm in the process 
of recovering data from backups, but maps may be somewhat unreliable 
until things get back to normal.
