Hi Liam, The data and libraries can be used by you, also in you commercial endeavor too. The motherlode site is open to everyone with the conditions that they don't abuse the accessing to a point that it hinders others using the site. So if your app has others accessing motherlode and there are too many requests per day, they will be denied access. The NWS also has the data available too. Also you might want to contact your local universities to see if they have the data, some will sell it or give it away free, depending on the amount of data. The s/w issue is developers outside our core community are put on a lower priority of getting answers. There are java-docs, tutorials, etc that you can use to get yourself up to speed, I recommend you search these before sending a support question. We appreciate acknowledgement of our s/w too. Robb...
