[netCDFDecoders #EVH-336993]: gribtocdl

Hi Joe,

I forgot to tell you about a program called ToolsUI that will create a CDL for 
both Grib1 or Grib2 files. You can download ToolsUI jar from: 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/

There is a ncdump tab in ToolsUI, after selecting enter the Grib file and 
enter, it will bring up a CDL file that can be saved. There no documentation 
but the program isn't that complicated.
