[netCDFJava #FPK-801076]: null ptr exc in NCdumpW, GridServiceProvider

Hi Steve,

The problem was the Grib data values were missing and the 
complexUnpackingWithSpatial() method didn't return in the correct manner. The 
fix should be in the next snapshot release.
