Good news, it looks like these products are on the IDD. The ones I looked at
seem shorter in length then the sample you sent.

Currently there is no decoder to make netCDF files or to read these files in
their raw format for the CDM. The products might be able to be handled under
the point data API, don't know. Here's the structure of the products.
