Hans, To decode the grib MPE data referenced below, I need grib parameters; Discipline Category Parameter Number 3 1 98 3 1 99I couldn't find the Grib 2 table on the web so I wrote a message to EMCWF for the parameters. ECMWF returned a grib parameter table but I couldn't find the needed parameters. The wmo or NCEP don't have these parameters in their tables either. Do you know the definition of theses
