[IDV #CVA-630583]: Gaussian grid N640 from upgraded ECMWF model

Hans,

Can you now try to display your Gaussian grid of N640 with the IDV nightly 
build? You need to remove the old indexes for the models so they are 
regenerated. ie *.gbx and *gbx8 index files. This error was inconsistent, so it 
might of been a memory error because the grid contained over 3.2 million 
points. Any failure information would be helpful.
