[netCDFDecoders #WYZ-726010]: decoder question.

Craig,

You can use netCDF package tool called ToolsUI, it's located at:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/

Download the toolsUI jar file and run it or run it from webstart on the page. 
Then enter the bufr file name into the 
dataset entry. This should display the bufr file.  Since there is no official 
documentation you will have to experiment
with some of the tabs. The main code to decode the bufr data is called 
BufrIosp. The path to the code is:

ucar.nc2.dt.iosp.bufr

You might want to look at the tutorial and the Java Docs on the page too.
