Yuan,

the problem was the times in the catalog needed to be expanded to cover the data for both stations as we talked about. I entered:

 <start>1998-06-29T18:00:00</start>^M
          <end>1998-06-29T23:00:00</end>^M

i made the change on 9080 but didn't restart the TDS as testing is going on now.
