As you probably know, each grib file parameter table is designated
by center, sub center, and table version number. So i added
88: 0: 128: ecmwf_128.tab
88: -1: 128: ecmwf_128.tab
in the resources/grib/tables/tablelookup.lst file before center 98.
I used ECMWF table v128 since you said that you were using ECMWF tables.
There is a typo in param 52, a missing : needs to be inserted in the
ecmwf_128.tab table.
