Ruth,

I made the new release, it's decoders-3.0.3.tar.Z.  Also, if you create
the new 1.25 degree grid could you send me a copy so I could added it to
the release. Also, if you make mods to the 1 degree, I would like to have
that one too.

ps. There's man pages on how to use gribtocdl. A side note, use a raw file
containing all the desired variables otherwise they will not be in the
created cdl file.
