Hi,

I've released the Java ucar.units package for internal use.  The package
is installed under /upc/share/java:

    /upc/share/java/classes/usr/units   Contains the .class files.
    
    /upc/share/java/docs/ucar/units     Contains the .html files.

    /upc/share/java/src/ucar/units      Contains the .java files.

You can get the head of the javadoc pages at URL
<file:///upc/share/java/docs/index.html>.

Be advised that the package hasn't been rigorously tested yet because
"getting it out there" was a higher priority.

I await your feedback.
