LDM issues

To all,
Many of our datasets are out on FICS due to an LDM issue. However,
David Hagerty is currently looking into the problem.

pub-ldm and prism are fine according to Bob L. findings tonight,
However, homestar1, homestar2 are down along with dsg.
Sys. Admins. Sarah Thompson and David Hagerty are diligently working
this issue. David is
currently here on-site and Sarah has called support.

GSD sys-admins are still working on the main server issue,
some services are returned, but various data are still spotty.
